• Writing: Possess a wide range of writing abilities in editing, copy writing, creative, and documentation, technical and analytical.
• Artistic Skill: Versed in pencil and pen techniques, with an eye for design, style and composition in many types of visual media.
• Microsoft Office: Over ten years of experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Graphics/Web Designer, 2008 – Present.
Meeting with clients in person to inquire designing and implementing a website for personal or business needs. Create custom graphics, web scripting, and update website databases or content management systems. Maintain contact with clients via phone or email to ensure satisfaction with the service.

Superior Court of California, Santa Cruz, CA
Student Worker: Legal Filing, 2005 – 2007
I processed incoming legal documents to ensure conformity to local and state requirements. I communicated with various law firms, petitioners and respondents from all over California. Handling requests for file retrieval and duplication if needed, while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive court cases.
